Kenya Coast airport and SGR transfers

Tell us your train or flight. Your driver is scheduled around it, the fare is fixed before you pay, and one trip link carries everything from pickup to drop-off.

Find your transfer

  • Bookable from Fri 30 Oct: we plan every trip at least a day ahead
  • Fare fixed before you pay
  • No account needed

How booking works

  1. Choose your route

Pick where you arrive, where you're going, the date and how many of you are travelling.

  2. Pick shared or private

Every option shows its full fare. Shared is priced per traveller; private is the whole vehicle.

  3. Add your train or flight

Your pickup is scheduled around that arrival, so a late landing doesn't leave you waiting.

  4. Pay and keep your trip link

Your driver, vehicle and plate appear on it once assigned, with directions to the pickup point.

Shared or private

A shared transfer costs less and may wait a little for other travellers arriving around the same time. A private transfer leaves when you do. If we send a larger vehicle than you booked, you still pay the fare you booked.

Questions before you book

How far ahead do I need to book?

Book at least 2 days before you travel. That gives us a full day to plan your pickup and confirm your driver.

What happens if my flight or train is late?

You tell us your flight number or train when you book. Your driver is scheduled around that arrival, and if it runs late your pickup moves with it.

Do I need an account to book?

No. You book with your name, email and phone number, and get a private trip link. An account is optional and only gathers your trips in one place.

What is the difference between a shared and a private transfer?

A private transfer is the whole vehicle for your party at a fixed price. A shared transfer is priced per traveller and may wait for other travellers arriving around the same time, so it costs less.

When do I see my driver's details?

Your trip link shows the driver's name, vehicle and plate once they are assigned, along with where to meet them.
